Reddit deletes all my accounts for some reason eventually.
And mods often remove any unusual posts including many of my posts.
I want to post some stuff and get opinions from people who know how to invest or do business. Reddit isn’t good for that. Usually, the type of people on reddit is someone who is incapable of critical thinking and independent thought.
Light moderation tends to not lead to good communities. You can try 4chan if you want light moderation. Otherwise you might need a better focus than general finance. FIRE is popular online. Wallstreetbets is irresponsible investing. There are pyramid communities.
fire subs have wagecucks. mods only allow same kind of posts. if we saw any of those mods irl, we’d all throw up in our mouths prolly
wsb has too much idiocy
4chan is too mentally ill, even more than reddit
wagecucks
Ah, yeah, you’re that kind of person. I can see why your accounts get deleted.
It sounds like you are trying to start a pyramid scheme 😅
You are what I don’t want to see in the world

someone who is incapable of critical thinking
If all of your accounts are getting deleted, Reddit probably isn’t the problem.
If everywhere you go smells like shit, check your shoe.
It wasn’t the case until a year ago

That word starting with r is a slur. Stop using it. Idiots and morons are acceptable replacements.

Are you going to tell us the reason?

Welcome to the internet. It’s not exclusive to Reddit. Although I’m sure a lot of judgment on people’s critical thinking skills and ability to think freely stems from misunderstanding and not being able to convey enough information about who someone is from a single comment.

It is worst on Reddit by design
theres !personalfinance@lemmy.ml but being at lemmy.ml might put some people off.
you could always make one. be the change you want to see.
I can’t be 100,000 people
According to FediDB and a couple other sources, all of Lemmy is around 42-47k monthly users right now, so good luck if you’re wanting your one specific corner of the web to have 100k
not with that attitude
There’s the boggleheads forum if you subscribe to that philosophy
URL?Anything is better than reddit.
I will note that I think their philosophy is most likely the best for the average investor. Ie anyone that you will ever meet in your entire life. It’s based on Jack Bogle the founder of Vanguard’s thoughts.
