I don’t mind bees. It’s the ones that bite you for no reason at all that I can’t stand.

Bees and butterflies don’t pollinate all by themselves, FYI. Things that bite/sting also do a lot of pollination work! Flies, wasps, etc

Actually mosquitos help as well, they are a food source for many other insects and animals. It’s just a food chain (and you are at the bottom… with that sweet, sweet blood)

I remember reading a long time ago that most insects are a very protein dense food source … beef when looking at the whole cow is about 50%-60% protein overall … while an insect is about 90% protein.

Bite you for no reason?! You’re the one crushing their home and messing everything up!

Exactly. I’d like to see OP’s reaction if a giant would crush his house and maybe even his loved ones.

          Little Fly,
          Thy summer’s play
          My thoughtless hand
          Has brushed away.

          Am not I
          A fly like thee?
          Or art not thou
          A man like me?

          For I dance
          And drink, and sing,
          Till some blind hand
          Shall brush my wing.

          If thought is life
          And strength and breath
          And the want
          Of thought is death;

          Then am I
          A happy fly,
          If I live,
          Or if I die.

It makes you realize why we want to destroy the world so easily when we only ever see the world as being convenient for us only and not for all life no matter what shape or form it comes in.
