Why does everybody have stomach problems in the US? I have them and thought I was a minority, but seems like everyone is constantly Having diarrhea or constipation.

worse food regulations than in the US. it’s sadly in that middle point where they don’t inmunize like India but don’t get healthier foods overall like in EU

Fuck, I’ve been posting the wrong one for weeks!
I’ve gone on a gluten and dairy free diet. Not ouf of some fad, but because I think I have NCGS, Non-celiac gluten sensitivity.
The difference it’s made is massive. I used to think no way those lifestyle hos ranting about their gluten free diets isn’t bullshit, but for at least 1/10 of them, it’s real with all probability.
And it’s not just stomach issues that they cause.
