Not a news site, but I often will go to watch gardening and bonsai and science (biology, history, space stuff) on YouTube when I need to decompress and want to do it online instead of actually going outside and gardening or taking a walk.

There’s a YouTuber named Sam Bently posting videos a couple of times a month with good news. Mostly environmental stuff

I balance it out with cat videos. There is Crunchy Cat Luna, The Suffering of Dave, and the one where a guy just kayaks around with his cat (very peaceful). I also throw in some diy house renovations and trail cams.

Find some non political refuge videos that you can have going as background noise while you work, if possible. Keep the stress down (but still remember to vote).
