The transport passes 20 minutes earlier without previous warning, leaves without waiting for me, as I was not ready yet, and I end up getting paid less.

They didn’t even think of counting that day as a day off…

    Title is confusing. That language could mean you missed one day (what you meant) or that you never went (couldn’t make it even one day).

    What’s the pay period? A 5-day week or longer?

        So like, you didn’t show up for 15 days? Were you just late that many days but did show up? If it happens more than a few times in a row, it’s no longer the fault of transit…

        EDIT: after rereading I see what you meant. In my head “I couldnt make it to work a single day” means there wasnt a single day that you made it to work. But I now assume you meant “I couldnt make it on time for one day of work”

    Mine only accepts vacation approved in advance by supervisor. I feel ya.
