Or you know, just let the consumers swap the HD and RAM themselves.

For the occasions where you’re uncertain if it’s gigabytes or gibibytes.

I have 24 GB on my M2. The real news is Apple finally having a good amount of RAM in the base model.

the M4 MacBook Pro will indeed start at 16 GB of unified memory for the base variant

… and here I just upgraded my windows / linux laptops to 32gb unified memory ram…

edit: salty downvoters don’t know I used to run intel macbooks and would always max out the RAM on them… it made them run good.

Also Windows ran faster than macOS on the same systems.

It might also pleasure you in bed, and solve the Gaza crisis too. In fact, it might get elected POTUS in the upcoming election, you can’t prove it won’t.

I don’t know, did you plug a touchscreen to your raspberry pi? In that case, yes.

You do realize that virtually every device with an arm processor also have soldered ram?

When did I mention ram? But sure, you can throw that on the pile too.

        M3s Tablets just generally
Has a keyboard Doesn’t always have a keyboard
        Soldered Ram Soldered Ram
Not designed to run anything other than MacOS Not designed to run anything other than a specific OS
        Arm processor Arm processor
        Soldered Memory Soldered memory

the only real difference is that laptops have a track pad. It’s literally a fancy tablet with a dedicated keyboard.
