You know it, I know it: if you WANTED your cat to knock something off into a fiery pit, it would stare at you then walk away.
And on their way out, they would intentionally knock something else into the fiery pit just to spite you.
And then I would intentionally knock them into the fiery pit.
People downvote you but I have pushed my cat off counters right after it pushed something off the counter. “How do you like it? Huh!?!”
First it would lick its’ own chest a few times, then a couple more on an outstretched leg.
They would grab it and run off with it
