I do it almost weekly for my job. I need to improve my Unix skills and become a Linux sysadmin
You can totally automate the Windows install process and configuration. Not even Windows sysadmins should have to be dealing with it manually.
We still use golden images, so whenever we refresh that I need to install windows on a VM. We still do our servers manually
