No, good old FAT12.
Recently I changed nvme on steam deck and was blown away that it’s almost exact size of SD memory card
The Steam Deck uses a M.2 2230 SSD. They are slightly smaller than an SD card. I wish phones would start using them. The performance is way better than and SD card or EMMC.
Phones have long been using UFS storage and it’s comparable in speed with NVMe.
