It’s me. I’m the guy. Sorry.
On touch centric UIs, it makes me absolutely insane when people have a button or something I might want to tap below a thing that has to be loaded and can be variable size, so I go for the button that does what I want and between my decision to touch it and my finger moving, the thing loads and I tap it instead.
Fuckin stop it. Make the thing that loads a static size or put the button above it. If your buttons jump all over the page after you initially display them, I hate you.
I visited the state I grew up in recently and had to drive a couple hours to visit someone down a highway I used to drive all the time in my teens. There used to be so many bugs that I’d have to stop and use the washers at the gas station at least once… this time there were maybe 2 or 3.
I was like oh. oh no.
Interesting and genuinely unpopular - Why do you think so? I mean I can see an argument for ultra processed foods but feeding a child apple slices that doesn’t fit the USDA description for “organic” is abusive? Why?
