That’s what happens when you have state sponsored car makers. I’m not saying that others don’t, but this is not an even playing field for all.

It’s worse than that. While the power company starts making plans for the additional load that’s already there, datacenter developers bring in gas turbine generators. This adds to the noise and pollution. The local municipality may fine them a few hundred dollars a month for violations, but that’s the cost of doing business.

So many companies have tried to make VR mainstream. Just like 3D movies they have a niche group that love the tech and then there’s everyone else.

I just saw AJ Croche, son of the late Jim Croche, in concert not long ago. When he introduced the band each of the members had long stories careers. The drummer had something special though. Gary Mallaber played for Kermit the Frog. And is likely the inspiration for Animal in the Muppet band Electric Mayhem. He even kind of looks like Animal.
