Oh, so that the reason for the random discounts I’ve been seeing lately? Well I never buy anything unless it’s above the minimum for free shipping and so far it hasn’t affected me (not that I buy often anyway )
I consider that whatever I get when I finally get a game for €15-20 is OK. No need to worry about “special” editions or expensive launch day prices.

This is not a surprise. Big companies have been very busy for the last decade in transforming video games into glorified visual experiences which feel more of a chore than fun to play.
