I don’t know why you are being downvoted, this is correct: “My freedom ends where the next person’s freedom starts.” We can do everything we want as long it doesn’t harm or encroach (and “harm” and “encroach” are loaded words in this context) on the next person. “Harm” and “encroach” here means you don’t diminish the other persons rights, at all.

You can try KeePassXC and there’s an extension for Firefox that allows you to fill in the password fields, it matches the site with the URL in the KeePassXC entry.

Mint doesn’t use snap, officially doesn’t support it (though it can be enabled and used).

Yeah, I said 30+ as in 37 or so I’ve been using their products since I got my first PC, a dual fdd Olivetti PC1.
I have predicted a few years ago that the “PC”, ie x86 IBM PC compatible computers, will rift into different devices, some running locked Windows, some running other OS like Linux-based ones, BSD, etc that value freedom and openness. The issue is that it is Microsoft who designed and controls Secure Boot. And they will close it more and more. They are even extending it to ARM-based devices.
After 30+ years of Microshaft shenanigans, I just don’t trust them and never will.
Try WattOS (Debian based) or FunOS (Ubuntu based).

Also Eclipse Theia, it has the same interface and functionality and it is compatible with most VSCode extensions (probably over 98% of them?).
Eclipse Theia if you already know VSCode.
It copied the interface and functionality and is compatible with most VSCode extensions. Available as an AppImage on Linux.
