Ja, definitiv. Ich habe aber seit Februar 2020 nicht mehr im Büro gesessen und ich will einfach nicht mehr zurück. Aber mir ist bewusst, dass jeder anders tickt und das ist fein für mich.

Gibt schon noch sehr viele die es nicht verstanden habe. Ich habe im Oktober einen neuen Job gesucht, ein paar gefunden und dann den mit 100% Remote Work genommen. Habe ich auch so kommuniziert, damit die Idioten den Gong auch mal hören. Ich habe allerdings auch viel Berufserfahrung und eine Historie bei Firmen mit “wohlklingendem Namen”, so dass ich mir keine großen Gedanken machen muss. Ich denke Berufseinsteiger haben hier einfach weniger mit dem sie pokern können.

Your company and mine seem to be very different. We have agile coaches, but they mostly organise cooperation and shoulder check our stakeholders if they try to scope creep some bullshit in.

True, but have you had a look at the leaders of our countries lately?

With my stakeholders TDD is nearly impossible. I mean it’s possible, but doesn’t make sense as they shuffle their specifications every other day. I implement, they decide they wanted something different, I refactor, they don’t like it, I refactor, they accept, I write tests.

Obviously the backend developer trying to test the API. Then creating an openapi spec and the frontend developer importing that to not writing the client by hand.

Besides that, that has to be the lamest DTO possible. They could have added some kind of skills array or an embedded address field to make it more than a flat object.
