People who work their entire lives and have a million or two in net worth are not the ruling class, they’re just working class people. Yep, same age here. I have a herniated disk. I stretch in the AM and before bed. Probably once a year I’ll do something stupid like lift something way to heavy and aggravate it, and then I just take it easy for a day or two and I’m fine again. People just don’t move around anymore, everyone is sedentary now. Just getting you 10k steps in helps a ton.
Hell if you’re a gamer like me, get walkscape and play a game with the amount of steps you do in a day.

I’m suggesting that if the abuse is large enough that it swings entire elections, then it should be looked into as a why it’s happening vs saying we shouldn’t do something about voter fraud because something else might happen.
