Just my opinion, and I’m not even sure you are actually reading these responses, but there is something incredibly predatory about the way they are trying to deceive you, a non-native English speaker who is just learning, into using a sexually loaded term. I don’t know if any of this is true, and I’m really never the type to jump at shadows and tell people what to do, but on the off chance it is, please just get this person out of your life. If you are using some sort of website or service to meet language practice partners, report them to the site and submit these pictures in the report. For the report note that “the user attempted to deceive me (a stranger) into using sexually loaded terminology”. Whether that works or not, at least block them or find a better service to practice.

Well, I’m a bit surprised by the premise at first glance but very intrigued. Seems like something I can’t read in one sitting, so I’ll save this for later.

I can’t help but despise people coming out of that cabinet getting book deals and exposé articles. Even if their train wreck made for Sitcom material I dislike rewarding them.

Can’t promise you much but…

You could maaaaybe look at your State’s Department of Transportation (So like TXDoT for Texas) and find their Bid Tabulations, get an average for 8’ Wooden Fence Repair or 8’ Fence Installation for this quarter, put it in a spreadsheet and multiply it by values between 1.0 and 2.0 (so 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc) and that can be your controlling range for price escalation for a private homeowner instead of a mass purchaser. It should be per linear foot.

You multiply those values by your total linear feet to get a total estimate and see if the quotes you get from installers in your area that are within that range, and where they are within it. Look up the companies that you can get quotes from and their reputation if any, and try to pick someone in the median of your range.

If your local municipal entity, city or county etc, has worked with them, that would be phenomenal but those often don’t do private homeowners for clients.
