I imagine the at least some portion of the criticism comes from irritated leftists as well. It’s inherent imperialism and pandering that the same western countries are given so much love when there are so many really cool civs out there that haven’t been explored at all. Not to mention the fact that the majority of the African civilizations and city states that have made it into the game are centered (unsurprisingly) around the Mediterranean sea.

If you’re ever driving thru a rural area, try the fast food there. It tends to be a lot better as it’s in pretty direct competition to family owned restaurants in these areas and therefore tends to be fresher and stuff. Like near my grandpa’s farm the best breakfast around is the IHOP and its the best IHOP I’ve ever been to in my life by far because it has to compete with mom and pops diners at similar price points whereas in more populated areas the mom and pops places tend to be more expensive than fast food.

This is just entirely untrue. People generally consume more nicotine when vaping. That much is true. Vaping has significantly less toxins and dangerous chemicals than smoking cigarettes, as well as circumvent the whole tar in the lungs thing. There are no long term studies on vaping, so doctors will always say “we aren’t sure which is worse” but advise that smoking is likely to be far worse for the body than vaping. There is not a single study on earth, nor any doctors I’ve heard, that supports your claim.

The issue us that the hobbies you have have little correlation with whether or not women like you. I do many things on the list of hobbies that women find unattractive, but I don’t have trouble pulling because very little of attracting a sexual partner actually has to do with having a lot in common with them. The benefits of hitting the gym are much more than just getting swole. It increases self-confidence, helps to improve self-image, etc, which are all way more important to getting laid than any hobby you could have.

Even a glance at US history would show you that 3rd parties do not exist because when they do, one party collapses into a new 2 party system. Whigs, federalists, antifederalists are all parties that no longer exist. We had a 3 party system multiple times, but the issue is inherently that the system encourages 2 parties and no more.

To expand on this, it’s laughably stupid because it disproportionately affects the poor. When everybody pays the same tax, poor people have to be taxed significantly more. Same rate of taxation on 35k and 200k, the person earning 200k can easily afford things like food and housing and a luxury car whereas the person making 35k would be pressed just to afford the increased prices on things like groceries and other necessities that tariffs bring. Not to mention that a 10% tariff would not support our budget, and that tariffs are intended to boost domestic manufacturing. When that does occur, the budget starts getting less and less because the US is no longer raking in the tariff cash.

Basically, 20 seconds of thought could tell anybody that this is a terrible idea.
