I love Wrigley’s blueberry flavour gum! They’re sugar free ones so they’re less harmful to my teeth in the long run but I might be biased regarding the flavour since I absolutely love anything blueberry flavoured haha.

I love sending my friends weird memes with zero context late at night and it’s one of my favourite hobbies.
As much as I love spiders (sorry tarantulas! 🥺) I’d love to be a T-Rex just because it’s so much cooler.
At first glance I thought the thumbnail was a spicy burrito! 🌯
Forbidden burrito
Anyone who knows me that on the ice rink I turn into the human equivalent of a scruffed cat. My friend wanted to see me skate and I didn’t want to disappoint so I ended up launching myself by pushing off of a wall. Suffice to say I ended up landing square on my butt! 😂
Yes to both, and I can also read in my dreams as well, which is popularly thought to be impossible. It’s not gibberish either but cohesive headlines in a newspaper or something. I am most likely abnormal in this sense since I also appear to have hyperphantasia, so what applies to me may not extrapolate to the general population!
Yeah, it seems like there are a lot of people who will only read the headlines, which when combined with what headline they went with is egregious. Honestly, clickbait such as this is a pet peeve I have with media in general.
I was talking with someone from the UK about this article that they showed me. They were outraged by it, and I said I don’t see what the problem is with it. They were weirdly fixated on the “asylum seekers” part, to which I told them the article says it will apply to vulnerable persons regardless of immigration status, and I asked them why they were fixating so much on this applying to one specific demographic.
This caused them to go on a tirade about “migrants are getting more rights than people who were born in this country” and how they aren’t a racist because they married an Italian. They said “it’s all about divide and conquer” and I asked them why they care so much about what ethnicity or nationality a person is, over if they’re vulnerable and receiving healthcare equality or not. This quickly devolved into them going on about how the UK is “being taken over by migrants”. So, I asked them if they knew any of these migrants, if the UK is “being taken over” by them. They said no.
This started from them watching a YouTube video made by some influencer who was getting angry over the same article. I’m more than convinced that social media can have its bad sides.
Samurai Pizza Cats. My grandma would have tapes of it so whenever I went over to my grandma’s house, chances are this show would be playing at some point haha. The episode I remember the most is the one with the dragon.
It’s considered rude.
As a girl, my job isn’t to look attractive to guys. I smile when I feel like it, which happens a lot because I’m happy, but I’d still consider it rude if anyone told me to smile like it was an order. If you’re a guy and you wouldn’t tell other guys to smile in the same context, then that falls under discrimination based on sex.
As someone who has had her art stolen for usage in an AI output, AI generated images are considered a form of art theft for good reason.
The Quicktime window and Novocaine ad 😂
🥂Thanks, you too!
Fries/chips, ideally covered in sauce and battered.
I also really love rice, eggs and pasta! 🍝
Early last year I decided I wanted to join social media so I’d periodically look up lists of different social media websites and I joined the ones I vibed with. Lemmy was on one of those lists. I’ve been having such a great time so far! 😃
I chuckled at this, so thank you and I hope you have a great day/night! 😃
The goalposts have moved so much that they have left the field and are now floating somewhere in point nemo.
I’ve had people tell me and my friends similar things to this. Some people just aren’t good with numbers and can’t put them into perspective with other numbers and arrive at scary conclusions with no further context. Canada has 40+ million people and side effects can include trivial things such as feeling tired or having a sore arm. On a similar note, 2 of the COVID vaccines were mRNA based and some people were scaremongering about how the vaccines must somehow alter your DNA because both “mRNA” and “DNA” sound vaguely similar.
Improve on my art and grow more as an artist.
Would me saying I have hyperthymia and hyperphantasia count?
