Does NMM even exist anymore? Vortex is the current mod manager - which is somehow worse than I recall NMM being. That said, manual modding until MO2 officially supports Oblivion is what I suggest.

It only begins correctly in 3rd person, but if you wait for the glowing mote to appear you can then zoom back into 1st person and it will continue to orbit you a provide light.
Wabbajack truly is amazing! I doubt I ever would have taken the time to install Tale of Two Wastelands manually!
The Thunderstore’s biggest failing, in my opinion, is the lack of forums/comments. 9 times out of 10, the solution to a random modding issue can be found in some old comment. This is also why I HATE the recent shift to every modder having a personal Discord. Essentially unsearchable chaos.
The Nexus added “collections” - essentially mod lists directly from them - and to prevent said lists from breaking all the time, as different mods are updated at different rates, they made it so older versions of a mod couldn’t be just removed by the mod author so that a collection that uses that version could still get it.
I’m actually trying to give it a solid month for mods to stabilize.
I fear getting stuck in the typical modding loop: keep adding neat new/updated mods until forced to restart the damn game… again.
God damn was that the dumbest drama in the history of internet drama. The Nexus was trying to do something VERY good for end users, and mildly inconvenient for some mod authors with control issues. Thankfully, very little of value was lost.
(Yes, I’m still a bit salty about being forced to the VASTLY inferior Thunderstore for 1% of my modding needs.)
Snowflake powers, ACTIVATE! Form of… a thin-skinned Lemming!
Why not just delete your stupid comment?
There are already mods being uploaded to the Nexus…
Farewell to spelling correctly.
I haven’t tried it myself yet, but there is a guide for getting Homecoming running on Linux:

City of Heroes
Are you aware of the legit servers running right now? I’ve been playing off and on for a few years now, and they keep adding stuff / fixing bugs!!
Every time I log into that game I like to pick a car from my garage, smoke a fatty (in RL), and then drive all slow and chill from my apartment to the golf course. Pretend like I’m afraid of getting pulled over! Then I play a quick 9 holes. Generally, after that, I’m done with GTA for another month or so.
Nah, it’s supposed to matter.
How’s the fight for legalization coming down under?
I feel seen.
Oh my god. I NEVER see someone else suggest Quest for Glory in this kind of post, and I am SO HERE FOR IT! I was introduced to it when it was still Hero’s Quest (and EGA) but have played and replayed the entire series many many times over the decades since. Once I managed to get 500/500 puzzle points, by playing a thief that had every skill unlocked and doing all the various side quests.
Perhaps it comes as no surprise that Valheim is also my close second. I’ve got over 4K hours in that one, spread across many characters and worlds, and I just keep going back for more. Heck, I once found a patch of Meadows surrounded on 3 sides by Mountains, and with a narrow strip of Black Forest connecting it the the rest of the island and I build an homage to Spielburg in the middle!
If you can send me proof of your sense of humor, I’ll send you a big fat nothing.
She’s my senator as well, and I love what she’s doing - but THAT bill is ~7 years old and dead in the water given the current administration. :-/
The “after” version looks better to my eyes…
