Man I loved dead space 1 and 2 so much when I was younger. What they did with the chapter titles in 1 was neat
edit: there are only 2 dead space games plus the remake.
I agree, one of my favorite games.
Remake is surprisingly good coming from EA and this day and age although badly optimized and they stopped making patches for it really faat.
It works very well that Ishimura is freely explorable, and no place is truly safe even after you cleared it due to intensity director AI that basically makes your game harder and randomly turns out lights or spawns enemies if you’re doing too well.
Their work with the games’ projected GUI was properly futuristic and fitting, and it worked well on both consoles and M&B, and in DS mobile side-game too, not to say how gfx still look great all these years after.
Shit that mobile game is still better than anything else I played on mobile.
Can’t say I have tried too many options, but it was so much ahead of its time.
