There are a lot of literal nazis and other antisemites who are thrilled about backing Israel right now, because they think that this is all part of a prophecy that brings about the end times or something… And this prophecy does not end well for Jews. So no, supporting Israel does not necessarily mean someone isn’t antisemetic right now either.
