Trump was only elected president once. He qualifies to run again. unfortunately.
No, he does not. That was the whole 14th’s point when ratified after the Civil War.
A term is 4 years. USA president cannot serve more than two terms which is a total of 8 years. Trump only served one term. Trump only served 4 years.
