One kid shouts at another “DUDE I GOT ANIMORPH POWERS LIKE THE BOOKS WATCH THIS”
They flatten and produce hooved forelimbs, eyes bulging and receding, spine twisting and crunching in a horrific flow and churn of flesh and bone, until they become a depressed stallion.
The other blankly replies “you got an animorph powers and decided to animorph into an Italian?”
What’s confusing is that I’m 10 years older than the target audience for the Animorphs too. Tha stuff was my little brothers age, I was a junior in high school when those came out and I only have heard the title of them through memes.
I think that’s part of the joke. Frankly, I posted this one expecting maybe 2 people to get it. The real fun was acting as though a mixed era joke makes sense. We do a little trolling around here
