Ok let’s get down to semantics. I dribbled the ball before i threw it and it came back? Can I now more with the ball all over again while dribling or still stuck in the space I was at when I slung the ball?
No. Unless it was a shot at the basket. Some leagues require you to at least hit the backboard. But you need to lose possession of the ball first, throwing it in the air and catching it elsewhere is a travel. Or throwing in the air and catching in place does not allow dribbling again.
